We will not share your data with any organisations and we will take care to ensure that we keep, the very minimal data we store, secure. We will delete that data when it is no longer needed.

If you have subscribed to our event notifications then a link to unsubscribe is included in all messages.

What details we ask for and why

There are minimum levels of information we may obtain for membership and sending notifications. We always ask for your name and title so we know how to talk to you. We will also need an email address in order to send you notifications. 

Your rights

You have a range of rights in respect of your data, including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you (a 'Subject Access Request'). 
• Correction of your personal data if incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
• To ask us to remove your personal data from our systems (the "Right to be Forgotten").
